NATIONAL CONFERENCE "PREVENTION OF ABUSE AND VIOLENCE ON CHILD - PUBLIC POLICIES RESPONSIBLE IN THE FIELD OF VIOLENCE AND PROMOTION THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD " Bucharest, Parliament Palace, November 16, 2017 Synthesis of the event FICE Romania, remaining faithful, in all 27 years of activity, to the goal nobility for which it was founded, namely protection and promotion the rights of the child, gives a special interest to professional meetings and exchange of best practice among specialists working in the fields education, health, social assistance, considering such activities encourages the development of the child protection system and leads to developing appropriate services tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries social services. FICE Romania has, also this year, carried out a comprehensive program of involvement our country in the International Campaign "19 days of activism for prevention of violence against children and young people ", initiated in 2000 by the Women's World Summit Foundation (Geneva) and organized annually between November 1 and 19. At national level, participation in the edition The 2017 campaign peaked at the national conference with the theme "Prevention of Child Abuse and Violence - Public Policy responsible for the protection and promotion of children's rights ",held at the Parliament Palace on November 16, under the patronage of the Committee on European Affairs of the Romanian Senate and in in partnership with the National Authority for the Protection of Child's Rights and Adoption, the Association of Directors of DGASPCs (AD-DGASPC) and Association of Communes of Romania. It was the first time you convened by an organization non-governmental organizations, mayors and representatives of central public authorities and local people came to the representatives of the school, of the system social protection of the child and civil society to say what namely, to reduce the area of responsibility for violence on the children. They were represented by mayors, local councils, school inspectorates, directorates general social assistance and child protection, educational establishments universities, exponents of church, police, doctors, etc. The conference was a good opportunity to bring together specialists from all over the country (Bucharest, Constanta, Vaslui, Calarasi, Arges, Neamt, Giurgiu, Timis, Arad, Bacau, Ialomita, Iasi, Ilfov, Dambovita, Suceava, Alba) but and from abroad (Germany and Austria). Representatives of the Senate of Romania, as well National Authority for the Protection of Child's Rights and Adoption, a media. FICE Romania has encouraged the close involvement of specialists as well as a decision makers to create an effective learning environment in safe for children, without violence, promoting a culture of peace and tolerance, to support the relevant institutions in their activities preventing violence, conducting actions to lead to stopping abuse, exploitation, trafficking in human beings, all forms of violence against children and also to improve the framework legislative, harmonizing normative acts in the interest of child protection and of the celebrity intervention in solving the cases of children in risk situations. On the agenda of the professional event, there were subjects such as: The reality of pupils in Romania (Petru Apostoaia, student – college National "Petru Rareş" Piatra Neamţ, Vice-president of the Council National Students); Violence against children in Romania between the obligation to notify and tolerance of abuse (Adina Codres, senior counselor, Authority National Protection of Children's Rights and Adoption); Violence in public and educational space. The works will be read in the volume dedicated to the conference. Theoreticians and practitioners from different fields of activity (academics, teachers, researchers, senators, mayors, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, directors of the general directorates of social assistance and child protection from different counties of the country, psychologists, sociologists, journalists, doctors, police officers, etc.) have signaled that Romania would need: - Legislative changes - Improving interventions in favor of children, giving up laborerry and filling in certain forms in the context of non-existence sufficient specialists to be able to draw up the necessary documentation in accordance with the legal provisions - to supplement the posts for the specialists who are active both in the prevention and in the intervention - to pay special attention to the actual activities of the beneficiaries - to develop prevention services in local communities, at the level of public social assistance services and the activation of consultative community councils; - real collaboration between systems (public authorities - police - church - school - medical offices - dgaspc); - the development of native models, not the takeover of the which do not fit the Romanian specificity; - strengthening the relevant institutions to prevent violence; and child abuse; - sanctioning any form of violence against the child; - emphasizing the need to make parents more accountable for child care, protection and education. The conference proposed a series of measures for various institutions / organizations with the aim of accelerating stops violence against children. Monitoring, Assessment, Eff Synthesis of the event REPORT ON THE STUDY VISIT MADE BY THE ROMANIAN DELEGATION IN ISRAEL BETWEEN 27 OCTOBER AND 3 NOVEMBER 2016 Between 27 october and 3 november 2016, a group of 25 members of FICE Romania (specialists in child protection, prevention of drug abuse among children and young people, representatives of public administration at local and county level, journalists) conducted a study and documentation visit in Israel, at the invitation of FICE Israel. Objectives of the study visit Objectives of the study visit conducted in Israel were the following: Creating a learning experience and transfer of know-how, in order to see and compare models of social support and intervention in the field of regenerative services provided children and youth at risk, training, recognition and certification of skills. Analysis of issues related to the creation and operation of collaboration networks with specialists in social practice in Israel in order to improve their professional activities and get to know other models of social support. In the meanings specified the study visit was a useful opportunity for transferring best practices from Israelis partners, knowing the organization and functioning of institutions and services for children and young people in Israel, examples of best practice, etc. Analysis of specific areas of social intervention, such as: Integrated management of training services, active measures and social inclusion; Integrated Management (through a mix of services) of passive policies with active policies to support individuals / groups at risk of abuse, neglect, social exclusion Analysis of specific ways of further collaboration of more than 18 years with FICE Israel in identifying solutions to support certain categories of target groups: children at risk of abuse / neglect; children at risk of alcohol abuse, illicit substances; children who commit crimes but do not have criminal responsibility Synthesis was performed by psiholog dr..Eugen Simion- FICE Romania Neamt Branch President REPORT ON THE STUDY VISIT MADE BY THE FICE ROMANIA DELEGATION IN FINLAND BETWEEN 9-15 MAY 2016 Objectives of study visit The purpose of organizing study visits in european states is facilitation of information and experience exchange between decision factors and specialists from fields of common interests for entities, respective participant countries as well as ensuring a discussion forum, exchange and mutual learning of themes of general interest at eurpoean level. General objectives of a study visit can be summarized/enunciated this way: to allow participants to improve their understanding of the aspects specific to policies concerning the fields of common interest in their countries; to generate a continuous flow of ideas and information between all participants at the study programms, including both visitors and hosts; to improve the flow of information between member states of CE. The objectives of study visit made in Finland were the following: Accomplishment of a learning and know-how transfer, with the purpose to see and assimilate public-private collaborative patterns that can be used in its own work context, regarding services offered to people/groups in risk, professional training,recognistion and certification of abilities. Analysis of themes about creation and operation of collaboration networks with specialists in social practice in Finland, with the purpose of improving its own professional activity and of knowing other patterns of social support. Analysis of some specific fields of applying public-privat collaboration, such as: integrated management of training services, active measures and social inclusion; integrated management (by a mix of services) of pasive policies with active policies of sustaining people/groups in risk of abuse, neglect, social exclusion. Analysis of specific experiences of public-privat collaboration addressed to particular types of target groups: children in risk of abuse/neglect; children in risk of alcohol abuse and illicit substances; children that commit criminal acts but do not have criminal liability. Knowledge transfer by innovative learning experience, based on methodology of active training and Action Learning, elements of professional development, teamworking and experience exchange within the group of participants. In the specified meanings, the study visit was a helpful opportunity for transferring best practices from finnish partners, knowledge of the organization and functioning of institutions and services addressed to people in need from Finland, examples of successful collaboration between public and privat services providers, examples of best practices, etc. Description of the study visit- Dr. Eugen SIMION-FICE Romania Neamt Branch President „Natural family home for abandoned children”– traing for teachers involved in abandoned children education, and creating a good home environment for abandoned children. Day Centre - a solution for preventing early school leaving (1998 - 2014); "Know and decide!" - Primary prevention program of drug use among adolescents.(1998 - 2014) the international campaign called "19 Days of Activism against violence and abuse Prevention Children / Youth" ("19 Days of Activism to prevent abuse and violence against children and youth"). (2012-2014) The campaign carries the slogan: Together we can create change! The 19 days of the International Campaign is an initiative of WWSF (Women's World Summit Foundation) and its partners. „SOS-children`s village“- Youth in Action Programme-2008 THE SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE(1993-2010) and continues today using other strategies.. A short description of the planned activities(from 1996) A group of 15 young Romanians and a group of 10 young Dutch will travel to the town of Schotten - Germany. Their accommodation will be the hostel for the "Education and social integration of young people". Here together with a group of 15 young German social workers, teachers and young people from the center they will exchange ideas on the modern pro-active and participative ways of social integration of young people. There will be a tour of the center and practical demonstrations made by the German young people from the center. Discussion sessions will focus on the latest evolutions in the field in Germany, Holland and Romania. Workshops will be organized using debates, discussions, practical activities and simulations in order to identify the main steps to be taken in the implementation of the aquis communautaire in this field. On returning the young Romanians will describe their impressions and experience in a press conference. A brochure will be edited detailing alternatives in the field as put into practice by EU members (with a special emphasis on the German and Dutch models), conclusions and proposals for improvement in this direction in Romania. This brochure will be distributed to all FICE units in the country as well as to all authorities with responsibilities in the field. Part III A) Background and motivation The starting point was a preliminary study based on scientific research done by FICE - Romania and entitled "Report on the social and professional course of youngsters leaving care centers on coming of age between 1990 - 1999". According to the report 70% of the 10 000 such young people are unemployed, 80% do not have a home, 70% have not started a family, etc. This bleak picture lead to the conclusion that the Romanian society does not observe the rights of children and young people to a satisfactory extent. Following this conclusion FICE - Romania organized in the year 2000 the international seminar on "The rights of children and young people - a social issue on the agenda of the NGO's" which involved 17 EU specialists from 17 countries in the Mediterranean area and 55 Romanian specialists, 25 of them young people themselves. Very captivating for the foreign specialists was the direct dialogue with the Romanian youngsters during the session "Contest between projects addressing the protection of children and young people's rights". The talks brought to light the need for a direct involvement of young people into the process of their own social integration, the need to get acquainted with alternative methods used in EU states and which could be adapted to the situation in our country. In this context the delegates from Germany and Holland invited 15 Romanian colleagues to visit their countries to get direct experience with the methods used. That is why FICE - Romania intends to organize an exchange which will help our youth understand in an interactive manner the requirements of the acquis communautaire in the field as the straightest way towards our country's accession into the EU. Preparation of the exchange The title and the themes of the project were made known to the FICE offices and their members. Debates will follow in order to identify ways for the improvement of all activities in this field in our country. C) The young members of FICE directly involved in such projects will make proposals regarding the presentation of FICE experience in the field, regarding practical activities to be carried out during the exchange, cross-culture games, etc. The best proposals will be selected by the coordinators of local offices and submitted to FICE main office. The young people to be enrolled in the program will be selected function of the proposals received and also following an interview. The participants selected will afterwards finalize the program and the contents of the exchange. D) Objectives: 1. Analysis of the situation in Romania - scale and reasons 2. Strength and weakness points 3. Presentation of the activity of the various bodies with responsibilities in the field (governmental bodies, local administration, companies, employers, trade unions, the civil society, etc) 4. Comparative analysis of methods used in Romania and methods used in EU countries 5. Conclusions to be drawn and proposals for improvement of activity in the field 6. Establishment of partnerships with NGO's in the EU in view of joint practical projects aimed at involving the youth in their own integration into society. E) Beneficiaries The direct beneficiaries will be the 15 young Romanians enrolled in the project. Indirectly all the young people in FICE offices will benefit by receiving the brochure containing the proposals for the improvement of future activity in line with the acquis communautaire in this field. PROJECTS - THE DAY CENTRE - For children in difficult The experience of the day center set up in the school to assist the children in difficulty who are pupils of this school is an argument to the efficiency of this way to prevent the need for institutionalization of such children, to monitor their natural family or their larger family by making them more involved in the education of their children. FICE România se prezintă Federaţia Internaţională a Comunităţilor Educative Secţiunea România – FICE România este organizaţie neguvernamentală, nonprofit a profesioniştilor în educaţie şi protecţie socială, care activează pentru drepturile copiilor, îndeosebi ale celor care cresc în afara familiei, la distanţă de părinţi, în condiţii sociale dificile. Organizaţia a fost înfiinţată în 1990, împlinind 33 de ani de activitate în 2023. Din organizaţie fac parte cadre didactice, psihologi, sociologi, profesionişti în domeniul social, medici, ziarişti. De asemenea, activează ca voluntari studenţi, elevi, părinţi. FICE România este iniţiatoarea mai multor programe care s-au impus în mediul educaţional şi în cel social, derulându-se consecvent de mai mulţi ani, definind personalitatea organizaţiei: Programul prelungit în şcoală – asigurarea condiţiilor pentru activităţi de tip Şcoala după şcoală, atât prin amenajări, dotări, aprovizionare, cât şi prin demersuri la nivel administrativ, concretizate în participare la elaborarea legislaţiei în domeniu (partea aferentă din Legea Educaţiei Naţionale), precum şi în colaborare cu autorităţile locale Solidaritatea colegială – gesturi de susţinere din partea copiilor către copii, prin colectare şi dăruire de obiecte, ajutor la lecţii, în organizarea unor activităţi extracurriculare etc. Bucuria lecturii – festival anual dedicat cărţii pentru copii, întregit cu donaţii pentru biblioteci şcolare, contact cu autori, editori, promotori în domeniu Cunoaşte şi decide – programe complexe de formare şi de informare asupra modului de viaţă sănătos, a nocivităţii consumului de substanţe interzise şi abuzurilor de orice fel. FICE România activează în direcţia formării continue a membrilor săi, prin stagii, schimburi de experienţă, cursuri, dezbateri, proiecte la nivel local, regional şi naţional, precum şi prin colaborări cu organizaţii similare şi cu instituţii din alte ţări.

FICE International is the only international organization for all professionals in the field of outside the family education. It has at present 27 national units in Europe, Canada and Africa. Festivalul Național al Cărții pentru Copii „Bucuria lecturii” Ediția a XX-a, 2024 Adresa Ministerului Educatiei se gaseste -https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064576191010 Cȃteva idei pentru desfǎșurarea activitǎţilor ȋn cadrul Festivalului National al Cǎrţii “Bucuria Lecturii “ -2024 Orientativ (dar nu limitativ), în cadrul școlilor/comunităților locale se pot realiza următoarele tipuri de activități: -Prezentare de cărti Activitatea va fi organizată la nivel de clasă. Elevii vor fi rugaţi să încerce să aducă la școală o carte sau orice altă publicație. Pot fi aduse dicţionare, enciclopedii, reviste, cărţi de bucate, albume, atlase etc. Elevii vor trebui să prezinte colegilor cartea adusă. -Intâlniri cu scriitori Întâlnirile vor fi organizate la nivel de şcoală, invitatul fiind un scriitor local care va iniţia discuţii cu elevii despre cărţile citite şi va face o lectură din propria operă literară. -Concursuri La nivel de clase, vor putea fi organizate diverse concursuri pe teme literare cum ar fi: „Recunoaşte citatul”, „Personajul preferat”, „Cartea preferată” etc. Prin concursul „Recunoaşte citatul”, se poate alege o bibliografie minimală (două-trei poezii sau o singură poveste), din care să se recunoască sau să se completeze nişte citate foarte simple şi foarte cunoscute sau, în cazul unei competiţii pe echipe, se pot alege variante mai complicate, precum recunoaşterea din mai mulţi autori, recunoaşterea din întreaga operă, găsirea unor citate complexe etc. În ceea ce priveşte concursurile „Personajul preferat”, „Cartea preferată”, elevii, individual sau în echipe, încearca să-şi impună/promoveze cartea sau personajul preferat, în centrul acţiunii stând dezbaterea. Elevii îşi pot pregăti un discurs cât mai convingător sau îl pot face în scris şi difuza celorlalaţi. Şezători literare -Activităţile realizate la nivel de clase constau în citirea unor poezii sau fragmente de proză. Lectura se poate face „pe roluri”, elevii împărţindu-şi fragmentele pe care le vor citi. Lectura va fi urmată de dezbateri pe marginea textelor citite, cu argumente pro şi contra pe care participanţii vor fi rugaţi să le pregătească din timp. -Vizite -Acestea reprezintă pentru toţi o evadare plăcută din rutina zilnica. Se poate vizita orice obiectiv, instituție, alt spațiu care poate fi asociat cu lectura, informarea, cunoașterea pe baza cărții etc.: de la o librărie aflată lângă școală la o expoziţie de carte, de la o casă memorială la o bibliotecă, de la sediul unei edituri, tipografii etc. la monumente evocatoare de scriitori etc. Vizitele pot fi integrate în activităţi precum excursii, eventual tematice. - Creaţii literare Activitatea poate porni de la forme simple de exprimare, observând stilul unui autor, pentru încercarea unei exprimări proprii. Se pot crea, unde există doritori, cercuri de creaţie în care să se prezinte încercări literare individuale sau se pot construi povestiri colective. -Activitati dedicate părinţilor Familia, care are un rol semnificativ în orientarea spre lectură, trebuie să fie sensibilizată asupra relaţiei strânse dintre abandonarea lecturii şi eşecul şcolar. Prin urmare, unele dintre activităţi vor fi dedicate părinţior, conştientizării de către ei a realității că aliteraţia blochează calea spre inserţia socială şi profesională a viitorului adult. -Participarea părinţilor la activităţile elevilor Părinţii vor fi invitaţi să participe la acţiuni pe care elevii le derulează în unitatea de învățământ, cum ar fi: şezători literare, concursuri, cenacluri literare, puneri în scenă de texte literare etc. În acest fel, va creşte gradul de responsabilizare a părinţilor cu privire la lectura copiilor şi la implicarea în efortul pe care şcoala îl face pentru a promova lectura de carte şi reducerea aliteraţiei. Lista acţiunilor şi evenimentelor este deschisă şi rămâne a fi dezvoltată şi diversificată prin alte acţiuni originale şi creative. Creativitatea va fi factorul esenţial de departajare a competitorilor. Ideile creative, obiectivate în evenimente de succes, vor fi premiate cu diplome şi cărţi. Concomitent, este de cultivat bucuria de a afla despre ele dintr-un raport final ilustrat. Diplome premii Diplome de participare REGULAMENT Concursul pe diverse teme inspirate de universul lecturii se organizează ca activitate în cadrul Festivalului Naţional al Cărţii pentru Copii, eveniment de promovare a lecturii și creativităţii în rândul copiilor și tinerilor, al promovării cărţii în lumea acestora. El va avea loc în perioada ianuarie -iunie 2024. Obiectivele proiectului sunt: - O1 Conştientizarea rolului lecturii de carte în facilitarea inserţiei profesionale şi sociale a viitorilor adulţi prin promovarea accesului liber la lectură şi, pe această bază, la informare şi cunoaştere - O2 Informarea populaţiei din municipiul Bucureşti şi din ţară cu privire la importanţa lecturii de carte pentru dezvoltarea capacităţilor intelectuale ale elevilor - O3 Dezvoltarea unei bune competenţe de lectură la elevi prin implementarea unor activităţi care să trezească interesul pentru lectură - O4 Integrarea lecturii în viaţa cotidiană a copiilor şi tinerilor de vârstă şcolară prin înţelegerea de către ei a nevoii de lectură şi a importanţei ei în viaţa de zi cu zi - O5 Promovarea cărţii pentru copii în mass-media locale din judeţele participante în proiect, prin implicarea editurilor de profil în acţiunile campaniei La concurs pot participa elevi din învățământul preuniversitar, nivel preșcolar, primar, gimnazial și liceal Concursul va fi organizat astfel: nivelul I: preșcolar nivelul II: clasele pregătitoare-IV nivelul III: clasele V-VI nivelul IV: clasele VII-VIII nivelul V:clasele IX-X nivelul VI: clasele XI-XII SECŢIUNEA I, LECTURĂ ȘI CREAŢIE, cuprinde realizarea următoarelor tipuri de lucrări: I.1 Subsecţiunea literară Eseuri inspirate din universul lecturilor Scrisoare către un personaj sau autor favorit Poveste originală Poezii originale Reviste şcolare - Cărţi pentru copii/adolescenti scrise de copii şi adolescenţi I.2 Subsecţiunea artistico-plastică - Desene, picturi,colaje,etc inspirate de lumea lecturilor Realizarea lucrărilor I.1. Subsecţiunea literară – se va realiza :o compunere de 1-3 pagini, inspirată din universul lecturilor, o scrisoare către un personaj sau autor favorit, o poveste originală, o poezie etc., respectând particularităţile stilistice şi de conţinut specifice acestor tipuri de scriere Lucrǎrile originale (scrisoare, poveste) vor fi scrise de mȃnǎ. Lucrările trimise nu trebuie să mai fi participat la alte concursuri, manifestări sau să fi fost publicate (inclusiv pe internet). Textul să nu depăşească trei pagini format A4. Pe lucrǎri vor fi trecute: numele autorilor (elevi), unitatea de învățământ de provenienţă, judeţul. Din partea fiecărei unități de învățământ implicate, participă la etapa naţională numai lucrările care au obținut premiul I la etapa locală, câte un elev pe nivel, cu câte o singură lucrare fiecare. Lucrările vor fi expediate la Școala Gimnazială Nr. 96, Str. Rezonanţei, nr. 2, București, Sector 4 Subsecţiunea artistico-plastică - elevii vor crea o lucrare, folosind orice tehnică (pictură, colaj, grafică etc.), reprezentând o scenă dintr-o lucrare literară citită. fiecare lucrare va cuprinde obligatoriu titlul lucrării literare reprezentate lucrarea de artă plastică va fi realizată în format A4 fiecare lucrare va avea o etichetă lipită pe spate, în colțul din dreapta jos, cu următoarele date: nume şi prenume elev sau elevi, unitatea de învățământ de provenienţă, judeţul şi profesorul îndrumător lucrările originale (desenele şi picturile), cu dimensiunea A4, cu paspartú de 3 cm, autorul, cadrul didactic coordonator, unitatea de învăţământ, localitatea lucrările vor fi trimise la adresa poştală Şcoala Gimnazială Nr. 96, Bucureşti, Str. SECŢIUNEA A II-A, EVENIMENTE DEDICATE CĂRŢII, LECTURII ȘI CREATIVITĂŢII, cuprinde: Concursuri pe teme inspirate de universul lecturii Carnavaluri cu personaje din lumea cărţilor Întâlniri cu scriitori , autori, editori, bibliotecari etc. Lecturi publice Dezbateri pe teme literare și privitoare la carte și lectură Piese de teatru Recitaluri de poezie și șezǎtori literare Calatorii imaginare pe urmele unor scriitori si autori indragiti Poezia şi muzica – tărâmul magic al artelor Vizite la case memoriale ale scriitorilor, biblioteci, muzee, etc Concurs de integrame, elaborare/realizare și /sau rezolvare Pentru Secțiunea a II-a, se vor realiza CD-uri cu înregistrări audio-video, fotografii și rapoarte de activitate pentru fiecare tip de eveniment realizat. Lista acţiunilor şi evenimentelor este deschisă şi rămâne a fi dezvoltată şi diversificată prin alte acţiuni originale şi creative. Realizarea, la nivelul unităților de învățământ, a activităților circumscrise proiectului pe care fiecare școală și le propune (întâlniri cu scriitori, șezători literare, concursuri de texte literare scrise de copii, reviste școlare – conform regulamentului proiectului) și jurizarea locală a acestora: februarie-aprilie 2024. Adolescenții, încotro? Proiect de dezbatere și cercetare asupra tinerilor de azi, în perspectiva următoarelor decenii Federația Internațională a Comunităților Educative, Secțiunea România (FICE România) – organizaţie care susţine drepturile copiilor, îndesoebi ale celor aflaţi dificultate – îşi propune să elaboreze o analiză complexă asupra tinerilor de azi şi să ofere o imagine a lor în perspectiva societăţii şi a economiei româneşti. Demersul, care va fi realizat cu mijloacele cercetării ştiinţifice, va fi pus la dispoziţia factorilor de decizie la nivelul statului, ca bază autorizată pentru politici publice în domeniu. Proiectul se înscrie în contextul împlinirii de către FICE România, în septembrie 2020, a 30 de ani de activitate şi vizează a reprezenta contribuţia organizaţiei la fundamentarea dezvoltării durabile a ţării în următoarele decenii. Scopul proiectului îl constituie realizarea unei „radiografii” a generaţiei prezente de adolescenţi, cunoaşterea şi înţelegerea acesteia fiind esenţiale în educaţia şi formarea asigurate de adulţi. Totodată, proiectul are ca scop lansarea unui semnal de alarmă faţă de situaţia şi perspectivele tinerilor din România, faţă de cerinţele care îi sunt specifice, îndemnând la responsabilitate din partea factorilor determinanți, la solidaritate astfel încăt educaţia, formarea şi îndrumarea tinerilor să devenind cu adevărat una dintre priorităţile naţionale pentru oricare guvern. Forma de realizare a demersului va fi o serie de dezbateri care să aibă ca finalitate conştientizarea şi mobilizarea societăţii în identificarea, abordarea, reducerea şi pe cât posibil rezolvarea problemelor cu care se confruntă adolescenţii în România. La dezbateri, organizate în judeţe şi în Bucureşti şi finalizate printr-o conferinţă naţională în septembrie 2020, vor participa reprezentanţi din mediul academic, învăţământ preuniversitar, asistenţă socială, drept, sănătate publică, psihologie, sociologie, administraţie publică locală, instituţii guvernamentale, mass-media etc. Va fi realizată o cercetare de teren socio-educaţională având ca obiect adolescenţii. Rezultatele se vor regăsi într-o lucrare ştiinţifică de referinţă, sub egida FICE România. Între premisele demersului, conturând o fenomenologie deschisă, se află: 1. Deficitul de proiectare din partea multora dintre adolescenţii de astăzi, inclusiv performeri recunoscuţi (elevi olimpici, sportivi, artişti), a unor repere clare şi structuri predictibile pentru propriul viitor civic şi profesional, precum şi din punctul de vedere al cristalizării valorilor identităţii lor ca generaţie. 2. Părăsirea timpurie a şcolii, definită ca procent al adolescenților care nu au finalizat şcoala obligatorie sau care, la alt nivel, nu au promovat bacalaureatul şi care nu mai urmează nicio formă de şcolarizare sau formare profesională. 3. Ancorarea nu întotdeauna selectivă la mediile online, la mediile virtuale de comunicare. 4. Riscurile conduitei asociate bolilor cu transmitere sexuală şi cunoaşterea acestora în mod disproporţionat în funcţie de vârstă şi de mediu social. 5. Disparităţile în acoperirea cu servicii sociale, educaţionale şi de sănătate între zonele urbane şi zonele rurale afectate de sărăcie. Iniatorul proiectului FICE România – Bucureşti, str. ADOLESCENTII INCOTRO? Federația Internațională a Comunităților Educative, secțiunea România (FICE România), consecventă misiunii asumate în urmă cu 30 de ani de a proteja copiii și tinerii din România, în special pe cei aflați în dificultate, vă invită să luați parte la un proces de reflecție și acțiune constructivă pentru rezolvarea uneia dintre marile provocări ale României de astăzi, problematica adolescenților și tinerilor. Proiectul național de dezbatere și intervenție socială, Adolescenții, încotro?, pe care îl aducem în fața d-voastră, își dorește ca, pe baza preocupărilor și expertizei comune în domeniul protecţiei şi promovării drepturilor copiilor și tinerilor, să inițieze o serie de dezbateri care să aibă ca finalitate conştientizarea şi mobilizarea societăţii civile în rezolvarea problemelor cu care se confruntă adolescenţii în România. Totodată, scopul proiectului este și de a trage un semnal de alarmă, îndemnând la solidaritate în jurul acestui proiect și responsabilizând toți factorii determinanți în vederea semnării unui apel care să se regăsească, cu adevărat, printre prioritățile naționale ale oricărui guvern. Printre obiectivele relevante ale proiectului Adolescenții, încotro? putem include: construirea/structurarea de medii de învățare sigure, incluzive și eficiente; asigurarea că toți elevii adolescenți obțin cunoștințe și abilități pentru promovarea unei culturi a păcii, non-violenței, pentru promovarea și acceptarea diferențelor; reducerea impactului violenței sociale, în familii, școli și comunități; reducerea semnificativă a tuturor formelor de violență în mediul școlar (bullying); dezvoltarea stimei de sine (cu identificarea punctelor forte, cuacceptarea responsabilităţii propriei persoane,a autovalorizării potenţialului social-creativ etc.); dezvoltarea și promovarea abilităților de comunicare asertivă (cum să comunicăm cu ceilalți astfel încât să nu-i lezăm, să nu-i jignim, dar să transmitem ceea ce ne deranjează sau nu ne face plăcere); educația pentru sănătate (cunoașterea corpului, a bolilor cu transmitere sexuală, a contracepției); prevenirea comportamentelor de risc (consum de alcool, tutun, droguri, jocuri de noroc, etc.). Schimbul de experienţă a avut loc astazi ,26.02.2020,ora 11,30, la Școala Superioară Comercială “Nicolae Kretzulescu”, Bucuresti.
